The speed packages above are advertised at their maximum bandwidth capacity and may not meet the advertised speeds during peak usage times. As this is a problem all Internet service providers face, we hope you can forgive us if the speeds don't match up from time to time.

We pride ourselves on having a fast and reliable network. Using redundant links throughout our network, we are able to insure any disruptions in service won't last long.
Rest assured, we want speed as bad as you do. A dedicated 3 Gigabit fiber line currently serves all of our customers. While this is more than enough right now, we are never satisfied! We are constantly working to improve the maximum bandwidth provided to us and you.

How do I get service?
Getting service to your home is a simple process. Sign up for a site survey using the online form or call us at (970) 209-1728 to get started. One of our skilled technicians will come out to your location to conduct a site survey to verify signal strength. If everything looks good we will install our equipment and get you connected!

Are speeds guaranteed?
Each speed package is advertised at the maximum achievable speed for each price level. We work hard to ensure our customers can enjoy the speeds to which they subscribe. However, without purchasing an expensive, dedicated Internet connection, no Internet Service Provider ("ISP") can guarantee a particular speed at all times to a customer. Elite Broadband advertises its speeds as "up to" a specific level based on the tier of service to which a customer subscribes.
